One Part Time Tutor/Driver - To assist with tutoring (K-12 , focus on math and reading), prepare and organize lessons, evaluate student’s progress, help plan snacks and transport students; $10.00/hr 20hrs/wk; Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, 80% subject proficiency, CPR cert (or cert within 3 months), valid drivers license and must be insurable as determined by our insurance provider. Complete background check and testing will be performed. 42 CFR 36.221 applies. Closes October 30, 2014

Two On Call Drivers - To transport children, perform/schedule vehicle maintenance, and participate in classroom activities. Program Hours are Mon-Fri 1:30pm-5:30pm. Applicants must possess HSD/Equivalent, a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and submit a copy of their DMV printout; must be age 25 or older - for insurance purposes. $9.25/hr. SIRCO - Chief Financial Officer
Under the direction of the Susanville Indian Rancheria Corporation (SIRCO) Chief Executive Officer, this position will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationship/partnership compliance and private/institutional financing. SIR/LIHC - Physician/Medical Director
Who will be responsible for direct medical care of patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic measures. He/she oversees the overall medical program including strategic planning, Quality Improvement, Medical Case Management, Diabetes, and other committees. The Medical Director supervises the Mid Level Provider/s and Clinic/Outreach Manager. Employee benefits include sick leave, annual leave, holiday pay, medical, life, dental, vision, and 401(k). SIR/LIHC - Podiatrist
Is responsible for providing and referring foot care in an out-patient environment.$65.00/hr Must be able to relate to Native Americans.Closes October 30, 2014


SIR/LIHC - Pharmacist On Call
To provide pharmacy services. Duties include: preparing and dispensing medication, counseling patients on drug therapies, and monitoring patient drug therapies. Must be a current registered Pharmacist in California with three or more years experience. Must be able to relate to Native Americans. Salary DOE. Closes October 30, 2014


SIR/LIHC - Part Time Psychiatrist
To work 1-2 days per week to specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders. This person will treat patients with mild cases of anxiety as well as those with severe disorders that can cause dangerous and bizarre behavior. The Psychiatrist will also provide direct assessment and therapy to the Native Americans of Lassen County and will maintain a client caseload with individuals and their families, works with groups and is involved in helping clients with emotional, social, familial and substance abuse addiction, prevention and rehabilitation. This person may hold classes and work shops or groups; coordinate activities with other agencies and generally represent the clinic as a human service professional. $80.00-$90.00 p/hr. Requirements: Completion of a nationally accredited school of medicine for Medical Doctor in Psychiatry, current license to practice in the State of California, two years counseling experience in a clinical setting in the social services/mental health field, and valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record. SIR/LIHC - Dentist/Dental Director
Who will be responsible for direct dental care of patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic measures. He/she oversees the overall dental program including dental department staff, strategic planning, Quality Improvement, Case Management, and other committees. Employee benefits include sick leave, annual leave, holiday pay, medical, life, dental, vision, and 401(k). School Loan repayment programs may be available. Must have a current California State Dental License and 2 years experience of Dental Practice supervision. Salary DOE. Closes October 30, 2014

The Susanville Indian Rancheria is looking for one individual to serve as a member of the LANGUAGE FOCUS GROUP in providing direction and guidance to the Administration for Native Americans Language Grant and the overall Susanville Indian Rancheria Language Program. Requirements: must be 18 years of age, must be Native American, must be a community member in “Good Standing” with no felony, drug, or violent crime convictions in the last 7 years, must be a resident of aboriginal territory for the previous twelve months, must be passionate about language preservation. Compensation: $50.00 per meeting / 12 meetings per year. Compensation is contingent on Grant Funding. Term length: expires 7/31/2015.
