SIR Full Time Surveillance Officer
To be responsible for monitoring several closed circuit televisions, observing, reporting, and logging all aspects of gaming activities at the Susanville Casino. Prior military or Security or Surveillance experience preferred. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must be 21 years of age or older, good written and verbal skills, knowledge of blackjack and other card table procedures. Ability to work in an enclosed area and independently. A complete background check will be conducted. $10.49 Ė 11.01 p/hr.

SIR/LIHC - Podiatrist
Is responsible for providing and referring foot care in an out-patient environment.$65.00/hr Must be able to relate to Native Americans.Closes December 30, 2014

SIR/LIHC - Pharmacist On Call
To provide pharmacy services. Duties include: preparing and dispensing medication, counseling patients on drug therapies, and monitoring patient drug therapies. Must be a current registered Pharmacist in California with three or more years experience. Must be able to relate to Native Americans. Salary DOE. Closes December 30, 2014

SIR/LIHC - Part Time Psychiatrist
To work 1-2 days per week to specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders. This person will treat patients with mild cases of anxiety as well as those with severe disorders that can cause dangerous and bizarre behavior. The Psychiatrist will also provide direct assessment and therapy to the Native Americans of Lassen County and will maintain a client caseload with individuals and their families, works with groups and is involved in helping clients with emotional, social, familial and substance abuse addiction, prevention and rehabilitation. This person may hold classes and work shops or groups; coordinate activities with other agencies and generally represent the clinic as a human service professional. $80.00-$90.00 p/hr. Requirements: Completion of a nationally accredited school of medicine for Medical Doctor in Psychiatry, current license to practice in the State of California, two years counseling experience in a clinical setting in the social services/mental health field, and valid CA driverís license and a clean driving record. SIR/LIHC - Dentist/Dental Director
Who will be responsible for direct dental care of patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and implementing therapeutic measures. He/she oversees the overall dental program including dental department staff, strategic planning, Quality Improvement, Case Management, and other committees. SIR - One Part Time Tutor/Driver
To assist with tutoring (K-12 , focus on math and reading), prepare and organize lessons, evaluate studentís progress, help plan snacks and transport students; $10.00/hr 20hrs/wk; Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, 80% subject proficiency, CPR cert (or cert within 3 months), valid drivers license and must be insurable as determined by our insurance provider. Complete background check and testing will be performed. 42 CFR 36.221 applies. Closes December 31, 2014.

SIR - Education Driver - On Call (2)
To transport children, perform/schedule vehicle maintenance, and participate in classroom activities. Program Hours are Mon-Fri 1:30pm-5:30pm. Applicants must possess HSD/Equivalent, a valid California driverís license with a clean driving record and submit a copy of their DMV printout; must be age 25 or older - for insurance purposes. $9.25/hr. Complete background check will be done. Closes December 31, 2014.

SIR/LIHC - Two On Call Transportation Aide.
This position will provide safe transportation for client's medical or psychosocial needs, be responsible for maintaining transport records, and arranging for documentation of vehicle maintenance and repair. Qualifications include a valid driversí license with no more than five MVR points. Must be age 25 to 65 (for insurance purposes). $10.00/hr. Must have physical ability to assist client in and out of vehicle and to their destinations; have ability to obtain CPR certification within three months, work independently and cooperatively, and relate to Native Americans. Closes December 31, 2014.

Youth Program Coordinator
To design and establish a culturally relevant program fostering a positive and respectful environment promoting the success and well being of participants and their families; to identify and coordinate resources; to identify problems, trends, and demands for service in the Susanville Indian Rancheria communities and to plan, develop, implement, and participate in activities as outlined in the strategic plan. Requirements: High School Diploma, one year experience working with community prevention activities, valid driversí license and insurable as determined by the Susanville Indian Rancheria insurance provider (must be 25 years or older). $10.00/hr 42CFR 36.221 applies.
