FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Under the direction of the Physician/Medical Director, performs health care services by performing appropriate diagnostic test, and implementing treatment therapeutic measures.  This person works as an integral part of the clinical team and participates in clinic meetings and serves on committees The FNP follows Standardized Procedures, which were developed jointly by nurse practitioners, physicians and administration in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
